Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-14.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to host illegal content, mine cryptocurrency, run denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise abuse shared resources. We monitor for abuse (e.g. sustained CPU with no players) and may suspend servers that violate these terms.
Service levels
Availability depends on the current runtime, region, and network conditions. We provide the service "as is" without a guaranteed uptime commitment.
Billing
Stripe charges the fixed prepaid term shown at checkout. Charges do not vary with player activity. Changing plans is not available today; you can cancel from the dashboard to stop future renewals.
Data & backups
Backup creation, scheduling and restore are not available for provisioned servers today. World import and export are also unavailable. Do not place the only copy of critical or irreplaceable data on the service.
